Brush softly
A few light strokes with a clean spoolie keeps your set fluffy and aligned, never tangled.
Skip the oil
Oil-based cleansers, makeup removers, and serums break down adhesive — keep them away from the eye area.
Sleep gently
Try a silk pillowcase and avoid sleeping face-down. Pressure flattens fans and shortens retention.
Book your fill
Standard fills sit best between 2–3 weeks. Past 3 weeks, book an Ultra Fill so we can rebuild density properly.

Cancellations
48-hour notice
Please provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may be charged 50% of the service fee. No-shows and same-day cancellations may be charged 100%.
Late arrivals
10-minute grace
A 10-minute grace period is offered. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled or shortened at the artist's discretion to respect the next client's appointment.

Booking the right fill
Standard fills are best within 2–3 weeks. After 3+ weeks, please book an Ultra Fill. Sets with less than 40% retention may require a new full set — we'll let you know during your appointment.

Deposits & confirmation
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and is applied to your service total. Payment is accepted in-studio via card or cash.

To preserve a calm studio environment, please arrive alone — no additional guests, children, or pets. Phones on silent so you can fully exhale into the hour.

Sensitive eyes
If you've had a reaction to lashes in the past or have sensitive eyes, let us know before booking. A patch test can be arranged so your appointment stays comfortable.
