With proper care, most guests enjoy a full, beautiful set for 2–3 weeks before needing a fill. Longevity depends on your natural lash cycle, aftercare routine, and lifestyle.
We recommend booking a fill every 2–3 weeks to maintain density and shape. Guests who prefer a consistently full look may visit every 14 days.
Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and lashes. Avoid caffeine when possible, and remove contact lenses before your session. We'll handle the rest.
Yes — if your existing lashes are in good health, we can safely remove previous work and begin fresh with a new custom set tailored to you.
We respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee to honor the reserved time.
Most full sets take between 2 and 3.5 hours depending on the design. Lash lifts and tints are shorter, typically around 60 minutes.
